Anti-pilling finishing agent JYK AP-ET

Product Overview:

Anti-pilling finishing agent JYK AP-ET can effectively improve the anti-pilling properties of fibers.

Product characteristics:

Less dosage and high cost performance;

Stable in nature and easily soluble in water;

It has softer hand feeling than traditional anti-pilling finishing agent;

It has good compatibility and can be compatible with conventional anionic and nonionic polymer dispersions.

Product performance:

Appearance: White emulsion       

Ionic: Anionic

Chemical structure: High molecular polymer dispersion

 pH value: 6-9            

Density: 1.0-1.1 g/cm3          

Viscosity: Less than 100 cps

Application method:

1. Pad rolling process (resin):

JYK AP-ET recommended dosage: 5-15g/L;

 Liquid carrying rate: 60-80%;

Drying:  at 100 ℃  for  3 minutes;  setting:  at 130-150 ℃  for 3min.

2. Pad rolling process (hemp and synthetic fiber):

JYK AP-ET recommended dosage: 10-20g/L;

 Liquid carrying rate: 60-80%;

Drying: at 100℃ for 3min; setting:  at 130-150℃ for 3min.

Precautions:

1. Pre-test should be carried out before mass production to confirm the compatibility between various additives;

2. The product is used in padding process under weakly alkaline conditions;

3. The best application effect can be achieved by heating the finalization to 130-150℃.

Packing:

25 kg/barrel; Or pack according to customer requirements.

Storage:

Store in a place away from light, dry and well ventilated;

It is forbidden to store in high temperature, open air or places with fire sources.
