When considering the following aspects, the importance of anti-mold for mattress fabric cannot be ignored: 1. According to the national standard GBT 24346-2009 Evaluation of Anti-mold Performance of Textiles (Petri Dish Method), the anti-mold performance of mattress fabrics was tested. Based on the observed mold growth on the sample surface, the evaluation was made:

Note:

The culture temperature of the sample is 28℃ and the culture humidity is 90%. It is still sterilized filter paper. The result was observed and confirmed by a microscope with a magnification of (50X).

The detected bacterial strains are as follows:

Aspergillus Niger ATCC 16404, strain generation :4 generations

Ball hair shell ATCC 6205, strain generation :4 generations

Penicillium rostrum CGMCC 3.3875, strain generation :4 generations

Trichum green CGMCC 3.2941, strain generation :4 generations

 

Fifth. Anti-mold performance of anti-mold mattress fabric

The mattress fabric has been processed by the following products of our company:

(1) Mite repellent S-A: 1.0% for fabric weight

(2) Antibacterial agent S-C: 0.6% for fabric weight

 


After being sent to SGS for testing, it has obvious anti-mold performance:
